A Brazilian native and member of the Parana Vale Tudo squad, Karol Rosa has competed in the bantamweight division since her professional debut in 2012. As a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt, she has built her reputation in the cage primarily through her aggressive striking style. She is particularly well-known for maintaining a high volume of leg kicks and significant strikes throughout her matches, a trait that helped define her memorable showing against Irene Aldana.

Rosa currently holds a professional record of nineteen wins and eight losses. Following a defeat to Aldana in late 2023, she bested Pannie Kianzad in August 2024 before falling to Ailin Perez this past January.
