American featherweight competitor Javier Reyes fights out of an orthodox stance. Training at a highly regarded gym, the grappler has established himself as a prominent contender by securing impressive victories against elite opponents in the weight class.

Entering UFC 329: McGregor vs. Holloway 2 with a 5-3-0 record, Reyes recently secured a split-decision win against Alex Volkanovski in May 2026. This rebounded from a February TKO defeat to Max Holloway. Before those outings, his mixed results included a rear-naked choke submission of Giga Chikadze in December 2025, a unanimous decision loss to Calvin Kattar in September, and a head-kick knockout victory over Zabit Magomedsharipov in June 2025.
