Hailing from São Bernardo do Campo, Brazil, Alex Sandro Silva Pereira is an orthodox striker who trains at Teixeira MMA & Fitness. Benefiting from a background as a multi-weight Glory kickboxing champion, the Brazilian moved to mixed martial arts, capturing UFC championships in both the middleweight and light heavyweight divisions. He grew his reputation by defeating Israel Adesanya twice.
