FARID BASHARAT

Farid Basharat is an orthodox bantamweight competitor of British nationality, born in the Paktia Province of Afghanistan. Known by the nickname "Ferocious," he refines his skills at the Xtreme Couture gym in London. Throughout his career, he has showcased strong grappling abilities, ending six of his professional bouts by submission.

Heading into UFC 300, the undefeated fighter boasts a perfect 12-0 record. His consecutive victories include points wins over Allan Begosso and Da'Mon Blackshear. He then earned an arm-triangle choke submission against Kleydson Rodrigues in September 2023, and followed it with a unanimous decision victory over Taylor Lapilus in January 2024.
