Kayla Jean Harrison is an American professional mixed martial artist and former judoka. Born in Middletown, Ohio, she began judo at six and became an Olympic gold medalist in 2012 and 2016. Transitioning to MMA in 2018, she won the PFL Lightweight World Tournament twice. As of April 2024, she is the current UFC Women's Bantamweight Champion after her debut against Holly Holm.
