Elise Reed is an American professional athlete who competes in the strawweight category. Before joining the Ultimate Fighting Championship, she held the strawweight championship for Cage Fury Fighting Championships and successfully defended that belt on two occasions. Her background features competitive collegiate swimming and water polo alongside training in Taekwondo and kickboxing. Representing the Kickside Martial Arts gym, she adopts an orthodox fighting stance and entered the promotion in 2021.
