DANILO MARQUES

Brazilian heavyweight Danilo Marques represents Kings MMA. He built his combat sports foundation through childhood taekwondo and teenage boxing before transitioning to mixed martial arts at age eighteen. A former competitor in both the UFC and PFL, Marques relies heavily on his grappling and submission abilities. His notable achievements prior to this point include victories over Khadis Ibragimov and Mike Rodríguez.

Heading into the October 14, 2023 event, Marques holds a professional record of 15-5-0. His recent run features submission wins over Brock McKinney and Ras Hylton, followed by a decision victory against Yorgan De Castro. After suffering a knockout loss to Marcelo Nunes in June 2023, the Brazilian quickly rebounded with a unanimous decision win over Satoshi Ishii in August.
