An American striker from Chicago, Jamahal Hill trains out of Black Lion Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. The orthodox competitor entered the UFC's light heavyweight division in 2020, quickly establishing himself with his formidable knockout power. This striking prowess led him to a career-defining victory over Glover Teixeira, which earned the fighter the divisional championship.
Ahead of the October 2023 event, Hill carries a 12-1 record with one no-contest. Following his TKO defeat against Paul Craig in June 2021, he rebounded with four straight wins.
