JOSH HOKIT

Representing the United States, heavyweight Josh Hokit began his transition into professional mixed martial arts following his time as a college wrestler and football player at Fresno State. He sharpened his skills through appearances in Bellator and LFA before successfully securing a contract with the UFC via Dana White's Contender Series in 2025. Now training out of the Jackson Wink MMA Academy, he utilizes his collegiate grappling base alongside a high-volume striking approach.

Entering this event with a perfect professional record of ten victories and zero defeats, the American maintains significant momentum. His most recent success occurred in June 2026, where he stopped Derrick Lewis with strikes. This followed a unanimous decision win against Curtis Blaydes in April and a stoppage victory over Denzel Freeman in January. His 2025 campaign included stoppage wins against Max Gimenis and Guilherme Uriel.
