Hailing from Moldova, Alexandr Romanov developed his combat expertise through extensive training in judo, freestyle wrestling, and grappling. Before joining the UFC in 2020, he established himself as a dominant force by securing the heavyweight championship within the Eagles Fighting Championship. His professional methodology centers on high-pressure wrestling and takedowns, frequently utilizing these physical advantages to secure various submissions or knockouts.
