DAN IGE

Dan Ige is an American fighter who began his professional journey in 2014. He holds a black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and possesses a background in collegiate wrestling. Throughout his tenure in the Ultimate Fighting Championship, he has competed primarily as a featherweight while securing various Performance of the Night awards. After years of testing himself in that weight class, he transitioned to the bantamweight division in 2026 for his latest challenge.

Ige enters this contest with a career record of 19 victories and 12 defeats. His recent activity shows a difficult stretch leading into this date. He suffered three consecutive setbacks, including a unanimous decision loss to David Martinez earlier this month and a technical knockout against Melquizael Costa in February 2026. Prior to those results, he dropped a decision to Patricio Pitbull after earning a technical knockout win over Sean Woodson.
