MONTEL JACKSON

American bantamweight Montel Jackson began his professional journey in 2017 before securing a UFC roster spot through Dana White's Contender Series the following year. Representing Red Schafer MMA and Pura Vida BJJ/MMA, he transitioned into the cage from a wrestling background. Throughout his tenure in the promotion, he has established himself as a dangerous striker, earning several Performance of the Night honors for his finishing capabilities.

Jackson enters this matchup holding a professional mark of 15-4-0. His momentum has slowed recently, as he heads into this contest coming off back-to-back split decision setbacks against Raoni Barcelos and Deiveson Figueiredo. Prior to those results, he enjoyed a successful stretch that included a unanimous decision victory over Daniel Marcos, alongside knockout wins against both Da'Mon Blackshear and Rani Yahya.
