CÉSAR ALMEIDA

Cesar Almeida is a Brazilian middleweight athlete who transitioned to mixed martial arts following a distinguished kickboxing career that featured championships in WGP and SUPERKOMBAT. After securing a contract through Dana White's Contender Series with a win against Lucas Fernando, he joined the UFC roster. Training out of Superfight Team, Rizzo RVT, and Corinthians, the orthodox fighter gained recognition for his technical striking ability. His tenure in the organization includes notable victories over opponents such as Dylan Budka, Ihor Potieria, and Abdul Razak Alhassan, earning him multiple Performance of the Night honors throughout his journey in the division.

Entering this contest with an overall professional record of 7-3-0, Almeida has experienced mixed results in his recent outings. He currently looks to rebound from back-to-back losses, having most recently fallen to Damian Pinas via knockout in July 2026 and Cezary Oleksiejczuk by unanimous decision the previous December. Prior to those setbacks, he enjoyed a two-fight winning streak that included finishes and decisions. This performance follows a narrow split-decision defeat against Roman Kopylov in mid-2024.
