DAMIAN PINAS

Representing the United States, orthodox lightweight fighter Damian Pinas prepares out of the American Top Team gym. He has developed a reputation as a rising threat in his division, utilizing a mix of striking and grappling techniques. Throughout his career, Pinas has secured several notable victories over experienced competitors.

Entering UFC 302 with a record of five wins, two losses, and one no contest, Pinas is in strong form. In his last outing in January 2024, he submitted John Smith with a rear-naked choke. This rebounded him from a split decision defeat against Michael Johnson in late 2023.
