JOSELYNE EDWARDS

Panamanian bantamweight Joselyne Edwards began boxing at age thirteen before transitioning to mixed martial arts at seventeen. Fighting out of Kings MMA with an orthodox stance, she captured titles in both the UCC and KOTC promotions prior to her UFC run. The Central American competitor established her credentials with notable victories over Brenda Gonzales and Jessica Middleton.

Heading into UFC 329, Edwards carries a professional record of 12-5-0. Her recent stretch began with a unanimous decision loss to Jessica-Rose Clark in late 2021, which she followed with three straight decision victories against Ramona Pascual, Kim Ji-yeon, and Lucie Pudilova. Most recently, in September 2023, she suffered a unanimous decision defeat against Nora Cornolle.
