A native of Brazil, Karol Rosa is a professional mixed martial artist currently fighting in the UFC’s bantamweight ranks. She began practicing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu at age 13 and launched her pro career in 2012. While she has moved between the featherweight and bantamweight divisions, she has consistently trained out of the Paraná Vale Tudo gym. Known for her aggressive striking, she once achieved record-breaking numbers in leg kicks and significant strikes during a Fight of the Night performance.
Rosa holds a 19-7-0 record heading into UFC Freedom 250. Most recently, she defeated Nora Cornolle by unanimous decision in August 2025, rebounding from a loss earlier that year to Ailin Perez. Her recent resume also includes a victory over Pannie Kianzad in mid-2024, a unanimous decision defeat to Irene Aldana in late 2023, and a narrow split decision win against Yana Santos.
