A native of Panama, Joselyne Edwards competes within the bantamweight weight class. Her athletic foundation includes background in boxing alongside a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Before signing with the UFC in 2021, she secured the UCC Women's Bantamweight Championship locally and claimed the KOTC Bantamweight title. Throughout her tenure in the organization, she has utilized a striking-heavy approach while maintaining her status as a reliable roster member. She currently trains out of the Kings MMA facility.
Entering UFC Freedom 250, Edwards holds a professional record of 18-6-0. Her current momentum includes five consecutive victories. She arrives following a unanimous decision win against Norma Dumont this past April. Prior to that, she submitted Nora Cornolle in February 2026, earned a knockout over Priscila Cachoeira, finished Chelsea Chandler, and forced a tap-out from Tamires Vidal.
