DARKO STOŠIĆ

A native of Serbia, Darko Stosic started his combat sports journey as a judo practitioner before launching his professional mixed martial arts career in 2012. Throughout his journey, he competed as a heavyweight and held the heavyweight belt for the Final Fight Championship promotion. After gaining valuable experience during a stint in the UFC, he continued his professional path within regional organizations. His background in judo eventually paved the way for a transition into a cage fighter who relies heavily on striking power to secure his finishes.

Entering the contest at UFC Freedom 250, Stosic carries an overall professional record of 23-8-0. He arrives at this event on a two-fight winning streak, having recently stopped Greg Hardy via punches and Oli Thompson with strikes. Before these victories, he faced a unanimous decision defeat against Ivan Vitasovic and a technical knockout loss to Phil De Fries. This followed a successful outing where he defeated Miran Fabjan through punches.
