JUNG CHAN-SUNG

Representing South Korea, Jung Chan-sung operates out of the Korean Zombie MMA camp as an orthodox fighter in the featherweight division. Throughout his storied career, he became recognized for a relentless approach that prioritized constant forward movement. His path included two attempts at capturing the featherweight championship and significant victories over opponents like Leonard Garcia, Mark Hominick, and Frankie Edgar.

Entering the UFC Freedom 250 event, the South Korean veteran holds a professional record of 17-8-0. His recent performances have been inconsistent, beginning with a technical knockout victory over Frankie Edgar. This was followed by a unanimous decision loss to Brian Ortega and a successful unanimous decision win against Dan Ige. Most recently, he experienced back-to-back stoppage defeats against Alexander Volkanovski and Max Holloway.
