BENOÎT SAINT DENIS

A French lightweight combatant, Benoît Saint Denis transitioned into professional mixed martial arts following his service in the Special Forces. Operating out of the Bulgarian Top Team under coaches Nicolas Ott and Daniel Woirin, the southpaw leverages his expertise in Judo and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. His career has been defined by an aggressive approach focused on grappling and achieving finishes. During his rise through the regional circuit and into the promotion, he secured high-profile victories against competitors like Beneil Dariush, Thiago Moisés, and Matt Frevola. These performances earned him numerous bonuses throughout his progression in the division.

Entering UFC Freedom 250, Saint Denis carries a professional record of 17-3-0 with one no-contest. He arrives on a four-fight winning streak, having defeated Dan Hooker, Beneil Dariush, Maurício Ruffy, and Kyle Prepolec. Prior to this stretch, he sustained a technical knockout loss against Renato Moicano via a doctor stoppage in September 2024.
