ALEXANDR ROMANOV

Alexandr Romanov represents Moldova as a heavyweight mixed martial artist with a background in elite freestyle wrestling. His competitive foundation includes holding the heavyweight championship within the Eagles Fighting Championship organization. Since transitioning to the global stage, he has demonstrated his proficiency as a grappler and a black belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu. Throughout his professional tenure, he has secured high-profile victories against competitors such as Blagoy Ivanov and Marcos Rogério de Lima. His training is currently based out of the Rising Tide Academy.

Entering UFC Freedom 250, Romanov holds a cumulative record of twenty-two wins, four losses, and one no-contest. He arrives on a three-fight winning streak, having defeated Rodrigo Nascimento, Jared Vanderaa, and Cameron Graham by submission.
