Representing Brazil and training out of Lobo Gym MMA, the orthodox fighter launched his professional career in 2012. After gaining experience in regional Mexican circuits and securing the LUX Fight League featherweight title, he moved to the global stage following his appearance on Dana White's Contender Series. Throughout his tenure in the promotion, he has developed a reputation for his elite grappling capabilities and has secured various performance-based honors. His competitive journey includes two unsuccessful bids for the featherweight championship against Alexander Volkanovski.
