ALESSANDRO COSTA

Alessandro Costa is an Italian athlete hailing from Carrara. Before transitioning into professional fighting, he dedicated his life to public service within his home country. He held office as the Mayor of Carrara and acted as the President of the Province of Massa-Carrara. Furthermore, he represented his constituents as a member of the Italian Chamber of Deputies during a five-year tenure ending in 1992. His political career involved affiliations with both the Italian Communist Party and the Democratic Party of the Left.
