R. J. HARRIS

Born in Würzburg, Germany, and raised in Odenton, Maryland, American athlete R. J. Harris initially established himself in professional football. He played as a wide receiver for New Hampshire's collegiate team from 2010 through 2014. Later, Harris joined the Canadian Football League to play for the Ottawa Redblacks. He served as a dependable starting option beginning in 2019, catching numerous passes and gaining substantial yardage over multiple playing seasons.

Harris is set to make his mixed martial arts debut at UFC Fight Night: du Plessis vs. Usman on July 18, 2026. The former football player carries an official pre-event record of 0-0-0 heading into this first professional cage appearance.
