DANIEL RODRIGUEZ

American southpaw Daniel Rodriguez, known as "D-Rod," is a welterweight competitor who trains at BMF Ranch and Syndicate MMA. He began his professional career in 2015 following an undefeated seven-fight amateur run. Known for his boxing background, the well-rounded striker and grappler has earned notable victories over Kevin Lee and Mike Perry.

Entering UFC Fight Night: du Plessis vs. Usman on July 18, 2026, Rodriguez holds a 4-3-0 record. After dropping contests to Ian Machado Garry via head kick and punches and Kelvin Gastelum by unanimous decision, he bounced back with three consecutive victories. He secured a split decision against Alex Morono, stopped Santiago Ponzinibbio with punches, and most recently defeated Kevin Holland by unanimous decision.
