CODY GARBRANDT

An American orthodox competitor from Uhrichsville, Ohio, Cody Garbrandt developed his martial arts skills through early success in boxing and wrestling. Fighting out of Las Vegas's Xtreme Couture camp, "No Love" competes in the UFC bantamweight class. He previously reached the pinnacle of the division as the UFC Bantamweight Champion, securing prominent career victories against Dominick Cruz and Raphael Assunção.

Heading into UFC Fight Night: du Plessis vs. Usman, Garbrandt holds a professional record of 9-7-0. His recent performances show mixed results, including a knockout victory over Brian Kelleher in late 2023, followed by a rear-naked choke submission defeat to Deiveson Figueiredo and a decision loss against Raoni Barcelos. After rebounding with a unanimous decision win against Xiao Long in March 2026, he most recently suffered a TKO loss from punches to Adrian Yañez on July 11, 2026.
