ALJAMAIN ANTOINE STERLING

Hailing from Uniondale, New York, American competitor Aljamain Sterling developed his skills in wrestling and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. The switch-stance athlete represents the Serra-Longo Fight Team. Sterling initially established himself in the bantamweight division, where he captured the UFC championship via a historic disqualification victory and completed multiple successful title defenses before eventually moving up to featherweight.

Entering UFC Fight Night: du Plessis vs. Usman with a record of 11-3 and one no-contest, Sterling has secured two straight victories. After a TKO defeat against Sean O'Malley and a decision win over Calvin Kattar, he lost to Movsar Evloev. He recovered with back-to-back unanimous decision wins over Brian Ortega and Youssef Zalal leading into the July 18, 2026 card.
