CARLOS DIEGO FERREIRA

Carlos Diego Ferreira is a Brazilian athlete who entered the professional mixed martial arts stage with a foundation in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, an art he began practicing at age ten. After relocating to the United States in 2008, he established his training base in Pharr, Texas, working with Team Ferreira, Atos Jiu-Jitsu, and Fortis MMA. Competing as a lightweight, he secured the Legacy FC championship title before transitioning to the global stage. During his tenure in the UFC, he has accumulated various performance awards and notched significant triumphs against competitors such as Michael Johnson and Anthony Pettis.

Entering the event, Ferreira holds a professional record of 20-7-0. His latest five appearances include a unanimous decision victory over Billy Quarantillo in August 2026. Prior to that, he experienced consecutive losses against Alexander Hernandez and Grant Dawson. His preceding results featured a knockout win against Michael Johnson and a technical knockout success versus Mateusz Rębecki.
