Alana McLaughlin is an American mixed martial artist competing in the Featherweight division. Before her MMA career, she served in the U.S. Army Special Forces, where she earned several distinguished service medals. McLaughlin is notable for being the second openly trans woman to fight professionally in MMA, training at MMA Masters prior to her debut.
