BEATRIZ MESQUITA

Beatriz Mesquita, a Brazilian fighter training with American Top Team, competes in the UFC’s bantamweight division. An IBJJF Hall of Fame inductee and accomplished Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt, she transitioned her world-class grappling skills to professional MMA in 2024. Prior to her UFC debut, she claimed the vacant LFA bantamweight championship in the summer of 2025. Throughout her career, she has remained unbeaten, consistently finishing fights through a variety of submission holds.

Boasting a perfect 8-0-0 professional record, Mesquita heads into her next bout following a string of dominant displays. Her 2026 campaign has been particularly impressive, highlighted by rear-naked choke victories over Irina Alekseeva and Montserrat Rendon, along with an armbar win against Melissa Mullins this past June. These successes follow her earlier triumphs, which included a TKO victory over Sierra Dinwoodie and a win by disqualification versus Hope Chase.
