Representing the United States, this heavyweight fighter brings an elite freestyle wrestling background to his mixed martial arts debut. His decorated history includes securing an Olympic gold medal in 2020 and claiming two NCAA Division I titles. During his collegiate tenure at the University of Minnesota, he established the school’s premier all-time winning percentage. To facilitate his transition into cage combat, he relocated to New Mexico. There, he refined his explosive grappling skills by training at the Jackson Wink MMA Academy alongside high-level instructors.
