IAN MACHADO GARRY

Hailing from Ireland, Ian Machado Garry developed his striking and grappling skills through boxing and judo. Before reaching the global stage, he captured the Cage Warriors Welterweight Championship during an undefeated run on the European circuit. Upon moving to the UFC in 2021, the Kill Cliff FC representative continued his progression through the division, maintaining a perfect professional record while consistently securing victories against established competition.

Entering this contest, Garry holds an unblemished 13-0-0 career mark. His momentum remains strong following five consecutive wins leading up to this date. Most recently, he earned a unanimous decision victory over Neil Magny in August 2023. Prior to that, he secured back-to-back technical knockout finishes against Daniel Rodriguez and Song Kenan. He also holds earlier UFC victories by decision against Gabriel Green and Darian Weeks.
