CALVIN KATTAR

Hailing from Methuen, Massachusetts, Calvin Kattar is an American athlete who competes within the featherweight ranks. He transitioned into the premier promotion following an extensive tenure on the regional circuit that commenced in 2007. An orthodox fighter who relies primarily on boxing maneuvers, he sharpened his craft under the guidance of the New England Cartel. Over his professional tenure, he has earned several Fight of the Night distinctions while securing victories against notable opponents such as Giga Chikadze, Shane Burgos, and Jeremy Stephens.

Entering this contest, Kattar holds a professional record of 23-7-0. His previous five appearances include a unanimous decision victory over Giga Chikadze, followed by a unanimous decision loss to Max Holloway.
