ADRIAN YAÑEZ

Hailing from Houston, Texas, American bantamweight Adrian Yañez represents the Metro Fight Club. The orthodox fighter focuses on a striking-heavy approach developed through his background in boxing, while also maintaining a black belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu. He transitioned into the Ultimate Fighting Championship after a successful performance on Dana White's Contender Series. Prior to his tenure with the global organization, he gained professional experience competing in regional circuits such as Bellator and LFA, where he built his reputation as a potent finisher.

Entering this contest with a career record of 16-4-0, Yañez looks to rebound from a technical knockout defeat against Rob Font in April 2023. His previous four outings resulted in victories, including a knockout of Tony Kelley and a split decision win over Davey Grant.
