JJ ALDRICH

JJ Aldrich is an American competitor within the flyweight ranks of the UFC. She began her path to the organization through Invicta FC and a stint on The Ultimate Fighter. Since signing in 2016, she has relied on her Taekwondo black belt and brown belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu while training at Elevation Fight Team in Colorado. Her professional journey is characterized by a reliance on technical striking, often leading to outcomes decided by the judges.

Heading into UFC 330, she holds a career record of 12-6-0. Her most recent appearance was a TKO victory over Liang Na in August 2023. Prior to that win, she dropped a unanimous decision to Ariane Lipski.
