ALANA MCLAUGHLIN

Alana McLaughlin is an American mixed martial artist who grew up in West Columbia, South Carolina. She enlisted in the U.S. Army Special Forces in 2003, serving six years and earning distinguished service medals. McLaughlin started her MMA career later, successfully debuting with a win by rear-naked choke. She is notably the second openly trans woman to fight professionally in MMA.
