BENOÎT SAINT DENIS

Benoît Saint Denis is a French lightweight competitor with a professional background in Judo and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. The former French Army Special Forces member, who served during the Mali War, began his professional mixed martial arts journey in 2019. Since entering the UFC in 2021, he has established himself as a ranked contender within the division. Operating as a southpaw out of the Nicolas Ott camp, he is recognized for an aggressive approach that has seen every one of his professional wins finish via knockout or submission.

Entering the event with a professional mark of 17-4-0 and one no contest, Saint Denis is coming off a July 2026 technical submission loss to Paddy Pimblett. Previously, he secured a knockout victory over Dan Hooker in February 2026 and stopped Beneil Dariush via punches in late 2025. His late 2025 campaign also included a face crank submission win against Maurício Ruffy and an arm-triangle choke success against Kyle Prepolec.
