Representing China, this bantamweight athlete entered the professional ranks during 2013. Before joining the global stage in 2019, he sharpened his freestyle wrestling background across several Asian promotions like Road FC. His promotional tenure began with a high-stakes performance that garnered a Fight of the Night distinction. Throughout his developmental journey, he has split his training time between the Fight Ready facility in Arizona and the UFC Performance Institute located in Shanghai.
He enters this contest holding an overall professional ledger of 17 victories, 10 defeats, and two draws. His performance trajectory across his previous five bouts shows an alternating pattern of success and struggle. He most recently dropped a unanimous decision to Da'Mon Blackshear in April 2025, following a prior points win over Kleydson Rodrigues. Before that, he fell to Chris Gutiérrez, which occurred after consecutive triumphs against Chad Anheliger and Kevin Croom.
